15	November 16-20	Monday-Friday	This week will serve as a rest week for those of you who wish to continue training and preparing yourselves for the upcoming 2010 track and field season. For those of you that are not planning to continue training, you will meet in the gym 7th period with Coach Young for the remainder of the semester (unless otherwise informed). For those of you planning to continue training, you will attend 7th period in the gym and meet me at 4:00PM at 1st Place Athletics to run in the evening. I am not sure at this point if we will meet every day or every other day? The evening runs from 1st Place will begin on Tuesday, 11/24/09. See you all there.
			Track and Field tryouts begin on Wednesday of this week (11/18/09) at 3:30PM at the HHS track. Every Cross Country athlete who plans to run track is expected to attend tryouts just as everyone else will attend. Just because you ran CC does not guarantee you a spot on the track team. Coach young and I are looking forward to seeing you all out there this week!
